Ability to hide fields with default value

Summary:

Good day all,

We have been ask by the client if there are any possibilities that we can hide this field at the same time default a value in it or is this even possible? Although I have an option to compromise this requirement instead of hiding + with a default value, make it a read-only field + with a default value.

Navigation: My Client Groups > Show More > Termination
