Prescreening questions on the pipeline REQ from the Linked REQ that is no longer viewable

Summary:

Hiring managers, interviewers, and collaborators are not able to see the responses to prescreening questions that were answered in a pipeline req on the linked standard req. Before the 24A update, there was a drop down where they would be able to select the pipeline req to view the responses.
