Response acceptance option does not exist in the supplier registration qualification questionnaire

Hi,

During supplier registration, suppliers provide responses to the pre-qualification questionnaires and submit their registration, supplier qualifications are automatically created based on the qualification areas assigned to the supplier registration request.

Supplier qualification created from the supplier registration goes into status "Ready for evaluation" and it does not have the option of "Accept" responses submitted by the suppliers.

However, if we create a manual initiative for the same qualification area, we have an option to "Accept" the responses submitted by the suppliers in the initiative.

We need to know why the "Accept" response option is not there in the supplier registration qualification questionnaire, the same as it is available in the manual initiative.
