Custom EFFs EIT (Person and Assignment) are missing when added and run Payroll Interface for ADP

We have created the EFF's by following the below steps provided by the Oracle at the document.

1.Capture Additional Data for ADP Global Payroll Interface 
Navigate to the Payroll Checklist work area.
Click the Submit a Payroll Flow task.
On the Submit a Payroll Flow: Select Flow Pattern page, search for the Manage Global Payroll 
Interface Features Usage flow.
Complete these fields:

 Payroll Flow Name: Provide a meaningful name to the current flow so that you can track it later

 Purpose: Enable Additional Data Capture For ADP Interfaces

 Feature: Search for "Assignment EIT Information EFF"

 Component: Search for Additional Assignment Details for ADP Global Payroll
