RSSP Charge account not derived

Summary:

In Classic SSP, If for some reason the Charge account could not be derived, at least the default account(from employee expense account) is presented/defaulted, then , the user have the option to correct change the specific segment instead of entering the whole charge account combination. in RSSP, It is only showed the message Charge account not derived. see attached screen-shots.
