Hello All,

Today there was an error message "The logical transaction couldn't be created" coming while approving the adjustment to cyclce count in Approve Count Sequences page.

But the transactions seems to have got processed in Completed Transactions.

Can anyone explain why this error is coming and is there anything that needs to be done?
