Address Change Notification Not Reflecting the Changes in the Notification

Summary:

New fields have been added to the Address Change Report (Report Name: PersonalInformation_AddressReport). While the changes are being pulled into the report correctly, they are not being reflected in the FYI notification.

Can somebody please help me to address this issue.
