Is it possible to group data by employee name in HCM alert Template
Summary:
We are working on an HCM Alert that notifies managers when their direct reports have overdue learning assignments.
Our goal is to group the learning items under each employee’s name in the email body. For example:
We tried using AlertUtils.loop() and explored different combinations (including nested loops and conditional logic), but it seems HCM Alert templates do not support grouping or advanced control structures.
Is there any way to achieve this grouping by employee number within the alert message body?
If not natively supported, has anyone found a creative workaround?
