Department DFFs disappear while creating the department

Summary:

We have enabled few Department DFFs in Redwood. While creating a new Department , the fields disappeared while creating the department. For example, we have two dff fields - Reporting Type and Reporting Region. But after value is entered ,both the fields disappeared.
