Smartforms in Responsive are not available

We have recently upgraded in Dev for testing, Smartforms are not available. I have re-ran the below jobs in this order:

Transform Data Post Upgrade

Parameter: POPULATE_ELASTIC_INTERMEDIATE_TABLE 

Waited two hours and then ran:

ESS job to create index definition and perform Initial Ingest to OSCS - Parameter Value for Index Name to Reingest: fa-prc-shoppingcatalog

ESS Job to create Index definition and perform initial Ingest to OSCS - Parameter Value for Index Name to Reingest: fa-prc-por

ESS Job to create Bulk Ingest to OSCS - Parameter Value for Program Name to run Bulk Ingest: prc_por_downstream

Still not seeing Smartforms. I can see others have had the same issue and after re-running as above the Smartforms were available. Has anyone got any other suggestions before I raise an SR?
