Exact privilege that is required in order to view & Edit access of the element

Hello Team,

I’m facing an issue where I’m unable to view or edit payroll elements, even though the role “Manage Payroll Element” is assigned to my user account.

Could you please help me understand why this might be happening, or if any additional roles or configurations are required to access and modify payroll elements?
