Why is a currency indicator displayed on the landing page for one specific requisition?

Summary:

In testing Redwood self service procurement we have one requisition that is displayed on the user's landing page (recents) that is showing a dollar sign. We haven't seen this before and cannot find a different in the requisition details or status that would invoke this. Is anyone familiar with this and can you share why we're seeing this?
