Project Budget - Budgetary Control Warning Options

Hello!

I would like to use project budget - budgetary controls with a control level of Advisory but currently I cannot create a control budget for the Fiscal Year.

I still have Project-level budgetary controls enabled and have a financial plan type with budgetary controls but I don't want my users to see warnings for POs because the Project Budget spending is inaccurate for the FY.

What options exist for minimizing the warning messages?

I have investigated changing the message on the warning but users could still click the View Funds Check Results and see the project budget available lines which would be inaccurate.
