How to group Apps Tiles/Springboard Icons in Subfolder under My Team ?

We have a requirement to create new deep links which need to be grouped and placed as a subgroup under My Team / Me. Creating a new will appear outside Me or My Team, would like check how to create a subgroup these new tiles in subfolder under ME or My Team.
