Redwood - Make fields synchronized from Position read-only

We are working on migrating our processes to the Redwood UI.

In the Redwood Convert Pending Worker process, we notice that fields which are synchronized from the position (Job, Department, Grade) can be edited. In the Responsive UI, these have always been read-only.

We tried setting the fields to read-only in VBS. However, they continue to be editable.

Since these values are coming from the position, it shouldn't be possible to edit them on the worker assignment.

How can we make these fields read-only in Redwood?
