Is it possible to add transfer order item to cart via shopping list in PR page?

Whatever transfer items added in shopping list those all items showing in Shopping list but not able to add to cart.

but I can be able add to cart for purchase items but not able to see (or) add to cart Transfer order items via shopping list.
