How do you enable/install VB Studio? (Need to make RSSP personalizations)

To display certain fields in Responsive/Redwood SSP, we've been told that we need to create extensions in Visual Builder Studio. I've found documentation on how to set up VB Studio, but have not found any of it particularly helpful

The documentation assumes that we have an understanding of how Compartments and other components work together in the OCI Console. But this is something new to us (we really just use Oracle ERP and are not familiar with all of the functionality in OCI). We can create a compartment in OCI, but then we don't know what we need to do in order to start using VB Studio.
