Unable to trace the travel authorizations
Hi Team,
The following are the questions from the client, kindly review and provide confirmation.
- We are unable to track travel authorizations when the designated approver has departed from the organization.
- What is the status of pending travel authorizations that remain in the system if the approver is no longer with the organization?
- Currently, there is a rule established for a parallel group consisting of three members, two of whom have left the organization. If we remove these two members from the group, how will the system handle the approval process?
