BSO to ASO data migration with data maps skips some members data

We are trying to do a full data copy (Level 0 members of all dimensions) from BSO to ASO using data maps with Admin privileges. Strangely, some account members data are missed copying to ASO. When we do a selected inclusion of that member (With immediate parent and its descendants), the data gets copied to ASO. Any specific reason for this behavior?
