Mantis 0084081 New chargecode EMS Emergency Surcharge - Purchasing Expense Account Mapping Error

I tried to create the mapping for the new item code BE-EMS, but the system prompts an error message when I click Save: “You can't update predefined data during application maintenance”. Could any one please assist me in resolving this?
