Tried through VB, but under Company Details the fields Attachment and URL aren't available

After this we tried through the Setup and Maintenance task 'Configure Supplier Registration and Profile Change Request' to make Attachments as required under Registration Options>>Require Attachments for Organizational Details >>Self Service Procurement but as you can see its showing 'Not Applicable'

Could you please suggest a way to make Attachments as mandatory in Company Details Page and also make URL as hidden in Redwood Self Service Procurement Register New Supplier Functionality
