E-Signature not appearing for candidates when template is selected from dropdown

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where e-signatures are visible for some candidates but not for others.
Based on my analysis, when we select a template(e.g.,Standard External, Full External) from drop down, we are not able to see e-signature.But when we upload the template separately the e-signature becomes visible-even though the uploaded template also does not contain the e-signature section.

As discussed with business, recruiters prefer to select templates from drop down. Could anyone please help me on the process?
