Already Journalized Source

Hi Experts - Need one help. Lets say the source data is already journalized into Debit and Credit , how do we handle that in FAH ? Normally for each source transaction, we will create a Journal Entry Rule Set where we setup DR and CR lines. How do we handle this when data comes in form of GL Journals?
