Alert for Visa Expiration Not Triggering

Summary: I am attempting to create an alert in Alert Composer to send a notification to the employee and their manager when their visa will expire in 90 days. I am using the delivered alert Workers Visa Expiration V2 but unable to get it to trigger a notification to anyone. Per previous comments I have deleted the Legal Entity expression. I did also update the expression from 30 to 90.

Below are the two filters that were delivered with the alert that are currently active.

I would appreciate if anyone could share their filters/expressions on functioning alerts that trigger XX days prior to the visa expiration date.
