Hello,

We tested and found the follows when trying to assign roles for OTBI report access.

  1. For the OTBI reports that spans business areas, there are some that cannot be used simply by assigning a Duty role for the subject area used
    in the OTBI report(we thought the duty role for the subject area is enough for OTBI report access, but it looks it is not always true).
  2. If you set a Job role related to the subject area for an OTBI report that spans business areas, you will always be able to use it.
  3. If you set a Job role as the above 2 to the subject area for an OTBI report, the user can see unintended menus on the page
