Is it recommended to create different manager role for each module or keep just 1 role for all?
Hi Team, I want to know your recommendation and what does Oracle best practices say about creating different line manager roles for each module or should we use just 1 LM role? Lets say today we are using Core HR and Talent and we have 2 different Manager roles, 1st that gives access to all person types on Core HR pages and 2nd manager role which gives access to only Talent related pages and only employee person type . Tomorrow if we implement Recruitment and learn, should we create different manager role for each module or just include all learn
