Bulk update of weblink url in oracle fusion content files

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement to bulk update of url in Weblink content files.

We found one Rest API, '/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/learningContentItems/{ContentId}' through which we can update only one Weblink content.

Could anyone suggest us how can we update url in bulk weblink content files.
