RSSP Validations at the Delivery and Billing Details page

Summary:

We are looking to create various validations on the delivery and billing details page when users enter requisitions that require project information but omit it. Is there a way to do that using the VB Studio validations functionality? I've tried various kinds of validation but nothing prompts when I try to trigger it off the project fields. Has anyone created these kinds of validations in RSSP yet?
