How to add assessments to screening section?

Hello Team,

We do not have any third party integration for assessments but the candidate needs to take a test before the interview phase. We want to record that score and display it on the screening pages Assessment sections.

We are unable to find 'ADD' button in assessment sections. Which privilege or configuration changes do I need to do to enable the add functionality on screening page?
