Update Dropshiment Item on PO Line

Summary:

The Supplier needs to have the possibility to update a PO with another item (normally that will be a substitute item). The is also required for Dropshiment PO's. Via the PO Screen I see below behavior:

• I cannot change the Item on a PO Line
• I cannot duplicate a PO Line if it is a Dropshiment PO Line
• If I cancel the old line with the old item and I create a new line for the new item then
  • I cannot enter the end customer as the Ship-to
  • The new line is not registered as a Dropshiment
