AP invoices which should not be included in payables trial balance showing negative minor balances

We are facing issue with few invoice, as these should not be in the payables trial balance report as of 31/12/2024. Accounting looks correct on the invoices, but the payables TB still shows it as open liability. There is no balance on front end.
