How is the Scheduled Receipt Date calculated for open Purchase Orders in the Material Plan ?

We are trying to understand how the system calculates the Scheduled Receipt Date for open Purchase Orders in the Supply Plan output. What logic or fields does the system use to determine this date? We are unsure whether this date is derived from the Promised Delivery Date, Need-By Date, or some other field on the PO.

For example, we have an open Purchase Order with a Promised Arrival Date of 12.05.2025, and the item's lead time is set as 50 days.
