Employee had a name change and their name on the homescreen is not updated.

Summary:

Hello, an employee had a recent name change but their new name isn't updated on the home screen/display. I've raised an SR and was given a word document to follow but it still didn't update to reflect their new name. I'm adding the doc that was given to me and it also had a SQL I tried to run but the error I got was that a "right paratheses" was missing.

Has anyone else have a similar issue?
