Initial Data Ingestion for the Required HCM Indexes going into "Retrying" Status

I have followed all the steps as per Oracle DOC

Global Human Resources

  • fa-hcm-person
  • fa-hcm-job
  • fa-hcm-position
  • fa-hcm-location
  • fa-hcm-organization

I have enabled all the necessary profile options, but the process still ends up in a "Retrying" status. I've also verified that all the required security privileges are in place for my user account.

Could you please provide any insights or assistance on this?
