Unable to change Department while trying to Add Assignment

Hi,

We have a requirement where we want to add assignment for few months to a employee and with a different department. We are trying to do it through My client grp→ Show More→ Add Assignment→ Search for the person number. But system is not allowing me to edit the department there.

I have already check the position synchronization is set to NO at employment page.

Also wanted to know what they mean by Business Title? Is it same as Job Name?
