Need to show DFF based on selected address type.

Hello ,

we have created a custom address type in manage common lookup.

now the requirement is whenever an employee selects this new custom address type when adding address in contact info page we need to display a dff.
Dff should not be visible if any other address type is selected.

We tried creating a context sensitive DFF but we are not able to do so
