Need to Trigger Approval Based on Configured DFF

Dear Team,

We are currently working on a business requirement where we need to trigger an approval workflow based on a configured Descriptive Flexfield (DFF). The DFF captures critical data that determines whether a transaction requires additional review and approval.

However, we’re facing challenges in linking the approval logic to this DFF. We've already configured the DFF correctly, and it is visible on the UI, but the system does not seem to pick it up as a condition for initiating the approval process. This requirement is business-critical and time-sensitive, as it directly impacts compliance and operational efficiency. Without this approval mechanism, there's a risk of unauthorized transactions proceeding without proper oversight.
