How long are completed transactions visible in transaction console?

Hello Community,

our Client needs to look up completed transactions from transaction console to derive information about the approver and approval date.

How long are the transactions visible in Transaction Summary? and in Archived Transaction Summary?
After a while, is this information also permanently removed from the tables?
