Summary:

Enable the Redwood Experience for Learners following the instructions in this document https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/talent-management/24c/faiml/enable-the-redwood-experience-for-learners.html, but the employees can not view their enrollments.

We add Learner REST Services duty role to the employee custom role.
