Approval Notification should trigger to both Line manager and Delegate

Hi Team

Can you please let us know , Is it possible to trigger notification to both Line manager who delegated his role to the delegatee to whom manager has delegated his role . As of now we see approval notification is only triggering to user who is acting as a delegate of Line manager . We would like to trigger notification to actual line manger as well during this delegation tenure
