State and City Not Auto-Populating on Address Update After Entering Pincode

In Oracle Fusion HCM, when updating an employee’s address, the system is expected to auto-populate the State and City fields based on the entered Pincode. However, this auto-population is not occurring even when a valid Pincode is entered.

How can we configure or enable this functionality?
Is there a specific setup or geography hierarchy configuration required to ensure the City and State fields are auto-populated based on the Pincode?
