Attribute Missing to Configure Approval Rule Based on Actual Efforts in Hours in External Learning

We are trying to configure an approval rule for External Learning where the approval should trigger when Actual Hours exceeds 200. However, we are unable to locate the attribute for Actual Hours in the approval rule configuration.

 

Can any one please confirm:

1. Whether the Actual Hours field is exposed in the External Learning approval task?

2. If yes, which attribute in the payload or approval task corresponds to the Actual Hours field?

 

Any guidance on how to expose or use this field in the rule condition would be appreciated.
