How to change employee legal employer start date

Hi,

we have a query were a customer wants to change the legal employer hire

date for an employee with multiple assignments.

The assignments are listed below:

N410094: start date 08-Feb-2023 termination date 08-Aug-2023. Primary = Y (terminated).

E410094: start date 02-Aug-2023 termination date 19-Jan-2025. Primary = N (terminated).

E410094-2: start date 20-Jan-2025 no termination date. Primary = Y (active).

They want to change the legal employer hire date for record E410094 from 02-Aug-2023 to 07-Sep-2020. Is this possible?

Have tried via HDL but get errors, and work relationship is terminated so cannot edit.
