In Item Structures query, unable to retrieve Option Class Items from the Child Inventory orgs

We are creating a report for the Item Structure details. We are using the query mentioned in the Oracle document 'SQL Query For Item Structure Details (Doc ID 2383756.1)' .

In this query if we use the Org id for the ZZZ Org, we are able to see all the items from the Item structure. But when we use any Inventory org, we are not able to see the Option Items. We are only seeing Option Classes. When we queried the EGP_COMPONENTS_B table, we don't see the Inventory org ids in the Table.

There is a difference between the structure in ZZZ and the Inventory org, so how do we extract this information.
