When is Oracle PCMCS sun-setting? as per the KB103304 below is the conclusion but they have not mentioned the end date of it.

"While Oracle will continue to support the existing Profitability and Cost Management Application Types in accordance with the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies (link), future enhancements to the Profitability and CostManagement Application Type are not planned. Profitability and Cost Management application type customers areadvised to migrate their applications to EPCM."
