Below are the steps followed

Step- Created a prepayment request invoice - 12340

step2 Create invoice for the progress and applied the prepayment of -12340

Step - Created a prepayment application with incorrect amount hence needs be amended to Event amount updated to (-1234)

Following transaction are created

Step - Credit memo is created with the full prepayment application amount -12340

Step - Unable to transfer the credit memo to AR
