Limit for adding number of requester's department in Requisition approval rules using FSM

Hi All,
We are trying to understand that while configuring the approval rules; is there any upper limit for attribute Requester's Department on the number of departments we can add in the Approval rules?
For business, the department names keep increasing/decreasing and we would like to understand if oracle has any limits on the number of departments in the rule?
We are using FSM to write the approval rules.
