Remove schedule process tile from Line manager login

Hello we have a requirement of removing schedule process tile from Line Manager's login.

I could not see any specific role within our custom Line manager role that's giving them access to this tile.

Also I tried using structure tool within sandbox but if I hide that tile from there then even HRs won't be able to see scheduled process tile.

I think If I write some EL expression to say only HRs should be able to see the tile then that might help but I have no idea on how to write an EL.
