Manager Approval Rules for Skills and Qualifications
If a Manager Add Skills and Qualifications can it go for approvals?
Requesting an approval workflow to be added when the Line Manager submits a license or certification on behalf of the team member. There is already a workflow process when a team member submits their own license/cert.
Navigate Path: Tool > Transaction Console > Approval Rules and then search for rule Approve Talent Profile Content
Requirement: If manager edit the Skills and Qualification the HR Talent Relations needs to get approval notification, how can we make this a requirement?
