Accurate / Consistent Multi-Step Campaign Start and End Date

Summary:

I am looking for the best practices/official recommendation on how to determine when a multi-step campaign explicitly started and ended. From what I can tell in the UI for a campaign, the start and end dates listed in both the Campaign Settings section as well as the sub-header bar list a more generic/less accurate date and time.

For example, we have a campaign that was set-up last year on 4/30/2024 at 8am CT (5am PT) and ended on 5/17/2024. In the campaign settings, the campaign start date is listed as 3:00 AM (no time zone listed, but clearly would not align to ET as the default since that would be 9am ET).
